Most Annoying Champs

I ask because I wonder what everyone considers the most annoying/trollish champ to deal with. Personally, this champ is Singed ; he has a minimal interaction-style kit that seeks to starve lanes by denying minion reinforcements, outrunning enemies (either in retreat or pursuit), is typically too tanky to bother wasting most cc on (assuming the skillshot CC lands), and has this trollish AP build with and that can easily melt people in his stream...and still leaves room for tankiness. Singed players I've encountered rely more on trolling their opponents into rage quitting, are outright inconsiderate, and focus on solely splitpushing. They feel too dangerous to deal with...but too worthless to worry figuring out counters for or banning in draft pick.
