Time of Day matters

anyone notice that the time of day you play effect the quality of players you get?

I just started playing at 2-3 am and it feels like im playing people in the next elo. there is not bitching or complaints. players are more quargel and more willing to work as a group while when i used to play at 2-3 pm there were nothing but trolls, bitching and players who just wanted to see the world burn
