he doesnt feel useless againast ad champs anymore. neither hes too oppressive imo. I mean if obviously hes too strong time will tell when we see how he affects pro play and his winrates and other statistics. his E seems harder to land now but its a fair trade that I can get more AP if i do it right. and the ultimate doing bonus execute damage is just great. means that you won't see veigar flashing into someone clicking R and deleting an ap mage.100-0 but gives him a good window of power in certain situations against all matchups. instead of feast or famine depending on how his laming was.
