[PBE] Can Leona get an Incandescence stack off large monsters too?

This wouldn't make her jungling any more viable than it already is, it'd just make it so her new mechanic doesn't punish her for trying. Less base damage on her abilities would hurt early jungling as her.

Because seriously, jungle Leona can be pretty kickass if you know how to use it. My most recent Leona match (S ranked it) is proof.
