A suggestion for Urgot (E ability, lower AoE for a lower cooldown)
I know he's getting a rework soon but I just played him in ARAM. So, I always felt like his E was hard to dodge and the following Q spam was annoying to deal with.
Aand after playing him now (I had played him before though), it seems that his E is quite easy to land given the enemy is within range. Which makes him binary in that whole E/Q thing, it says "don't get in range". And it also felt frustrating to miss his E since the long cooldown it had, like "well, do nothing now, no poke"
I was thinking that he could get lower cooldown on his E but a lower AoE aswell, being easier to dodge even when in range, but at the same time not nearly as punishing for missing it. His Q could even be longer range if the empowered version ignored minions and was a skillshot.
