Visual movement problem

There's a current problem ( Best seen on Vi and Jinx. ) where the character turns during the auto wind up or wind down.

This makes sense on melee champions as they turn around to use more velocity on their punches, but for a champion like Caitlyn or Varus trying to 360 no-scope a minion for a whole two minutes? Not so much.
