Can we see some mundo buffs soon?

Mundo has been in the toilet in terms of winrate for a while, and as a person who like to play the game of mundo every so often, it seems like he hasn't gotten any love from the preseason. His winrate is, and has been at, pre-buff darius levels of suck for several patches. Would some love taps like some more base health, or a passive buff?

Here's an idea: why not have mundo's passive triple in value after being in combat for 3 seconds, lasting for 10 seconds and refreshing? thats at least something.
