Urgot's ult is what makes him unviable

Urgot is supposed to be someone used for adc or mid lane. However, his ultimate is completely contradictory to the role of an adc or mid laner. All mid laners and ADCs' ults are either focused on doing damage or gaining positional advantage. Sometimes both (I.E. Ahri and Trist). However, Urgot's ultimate actually screws him on both counts. He does less damage because he's stunned for the duration of his ult AND it reduces positional advantage because it usually throws him into the enemy team. It makes no sense to have that as the ultimate unless he is someone who WANTS to be in the middle of the fight.

Because of this problem, when he hits level 6 in lane, he basically has no advantage at all from it in the majority of situations. But no matter who he is against, they now have a huge fight advantage because now they do a lot more damage. Please change his ult to something more suitable for his role as someone who does damage.
