Nexus Siege - Give more options to detect invisible traps

There is no Sweeping Lens and Seer Stone is available for only one team and is very limited in use (and radius). Other means of detection like Duskblade are not very convenient. It would be nice to have Oracle's Extract like on Ascension and LotPK.
