Why isn't there AFK LP loss reduction for non-duos / non-premades?

Title I'm not really complaining, i'm just genuinely asking why this isn't a thing.

The issue with LP reduction on AFK losses is that duos might queue up and someone will leave if it looks like a loss.

So how about we make it so that it's only for non-premades only? If you're queueing up with another person you likely know who they are, whether online or in real life, and you should be knowing of whether they AFK a lot. Don't queue up with players that AFK often.

For randomly matched solos, though, I don't see a negative side to this. Seems really hard for two players to get matched together simply by queuing up at the same time.
