MatchMaking-Lobby Waiting

Lets make this short and sweet. the matchmaking in bullshit. I get trolls/afk/feeders in rank. I have had it with that. I would love to know how there non playing ass is a match for my playing? I went support and the adc didn't know what the glowing was in lane and I was using thresh. BULL SHIT. My last game 4 came in and trolled it for fun. Fix the match making. Next the lobby waiting time. 7 Hours and 1 rank game. Are u serious? I did a repair and everything checked out. Last patch and this patch the game is WACKED. Fix this or give me my money back. Simple and I am beyond playing with this. I put more money on tonight before game play and sure that goes thru but let me play a game? Nope. Fix this. I have been playing this game long enough and seen a lot and this season is shit. Simple enough for all of you.
