suggestions to improve the game

Two suggestions, one make it so that if a person afks in a game and the computer realizes it like it already does when it highlights the players name at the end of the game, than give a loss prevented or severely lower the LP taken from the team. Second suggestion is to add a veto button in the champ select so that players have the opportunity to cancel the match in the champ select screen in case there is a troll already or for whatever other reason. The team must have 3 votes to veto a match to avoid trolls or duo trolls.
