did morganna really need a buff...honestly...what she needs is a nerf to 2.25.......or 2.50 at least

Dude. She's been nerfed to hell already. Did you see her when she came out and how strong she was? No? Then stop talking shit. She is fine. Her Q has a long and wide hitbox. Easy to hit minions instead of the champ. Shield has high cooldowns. Ult has a smaller range than most.
Plus, the buff is just a mana cost decrease. IT'S NOT A DAMAGE OR ROOT INCREASE. Stop QQing, good lord.
pretty sure riot isnt smart enough to realize morgana cc'ing ppl for like 5 seconds is pretty op.
im not sure if u r happy about it or not?,but in order to buff morgana :lets say dmg is increased by something.i want to know what is problem with morg right now(ur opinion)cuz she has a massive croud control that no one ever had in this league:dont underestimate that shield which blocks udyrs stun/ult every one knows how impossible to get away from/binding:i dont think no one doesnt like that ability and it deals so much dmg with ap items/the w which shred mr /passive spell vamp(its like nasus with ap version=does every thing so i want to know what is wrong with that?
