i wonder why a full ad fighter who only does physical damage no matter what he does has a 100%ap ratio on his e spell. speaking of which... why does vi get her e buffed? 60% ap -> 90%

ap tristana ap yi ap rengar ap tryn. all these were things cause FOR NO REASON AT ALL riot loves to give way too strong ap ratios to champs that would never buy ap... and i do not get why
