30% rumble win rate

is the only champ whos win rate drops to 30% after 28 mins his win rate already start out at 47% like wtf riot. you take away his rune -500 dmg you change his core items - 200 dmg and you wonder why no one buys his skins come on bro i been playing rumble since 2011-04-26 and the only time were he was good is when you fucked up his flaming meatballs where it did to much dmg . and that only made his win rate can you guess 49% o noes thats way to high mean while running around with 55%- 53% win rate. i honestly believe every should play rumble first so they get how useless you feel when you fight 2 v 1. with a yas you think i i just missed a skill and i messed up my side step. there is always something i could of done different so i can kill 2 - 4 people in a team fight. with rumble you hit all ur skils you landed ur ult and you think welp time to never fight sell ur items to buy banned and split push. i dont ever see a fucking selling all his shit to buy banner so he can win the game and its bullshit
