REMOVE THE ALL-CHAT FEATURE, RIOT

Riot, games do NOT need chat to effectively communicate with the team. Emotes and Pings are enough. Chat is just playing w fire in a society where everything under the sun OFFENDS people.....

Just played a game where enemy jg flames early by calling our jg the N-word and I kill him for first blood lead/advantage.... team mutes him, but i didn't. I continue bantering w him and asserting my dominance, but team thinks i'm now insulting them (because they muted the enemy). I asked how they can possibly think that i'm insulting our mates when we're leading, but it was said right after they made mistakes... so i'm guessing the text was read with sarcasm.

Long story short: Top, Supp, and ADC continue picking a fight with me for no reason whatsoever. My score goes from great, to good, to barely trading, because the chat was getting out of hand. I muted the adc, but top and supp continued being toxic toward me until game concluded in victory.

We win, but the internal and unnecessary flaming made it extremely tough, because i had every teammate and their mother flaming me when we had a HUGE lead and they honestly thought i was insulting them?! Why would I insult my mates who are doing well?????? To make matters worse, I get the chat restriction and they don't.

RIOT, Please remove chat from the game. It servers no purpose.
