General Build:

Fit Lucidy Boots in there (to reach 40% CDR at end build) whenever you anticipate having to leave lane.

Sometimes you may be forced to rush Zhonyas first (same 6 final items though).
If you want Banshees in the build, you'll have to make a strategic choice about what to leave out of the build (probably Zhonyas).
At Max Items... you can consider (in super late game) to sell off Ionian Boots and buy Ludden's Echo for maximum burst output.

Correct build for pretty much every champ is going to be somewhat situational based on match ups and overall game state.
Am a big fan of probuilds for seeing what the pros are actually building (and in what order), since they probably aren't trolling too much and I trust myself to figure out the situational stuff.
Protobelt seems pretty standard as first item from the looks of things.
