Running into Pre made 5's in a group of randoms.

It's been increasingly difficult to actually climb in ranked. Early this season during the fresh days of dynamic que, as a solo player, I was able to climb a rank almost every week. There was a point when I leveled out and I figured "Okay I need to improve from here". Recently with the addition of clubs I've noticed that 3 - 5 players are in the same club in a majority of my ranked games. With that being said there is a lot more communication between them and my team which all have different club tags. Most of the time it usually ends in a stomp. I do.... okay at best, but seemingly just can't compete with the amount of communication these clubs/premade have. They, presumably, are on voice call programs which give them an edge vs whatever team I am with. It has to be a common problem with everyone complaining about dynamic que. I do believe that team work is essential, but even if I work well with my team who I've spent all of 1 game with. I can't match the teamwork of people who are able to communicate at that extra level as a solo player. Does anyone have any feedback? I did fall two ranks and have gained one back but can't get past it anymore.
