Do you think they nerfed the wrong part of Ardent Censer?
Personally I think the only reason heal/shield supports are overpowered is the ridiculous amount of boosting they get at the moment. Building redemption and ardent censer along with the wind speaker's blessing mastery gives any heal or shield a whopping 30% boost on top of a small amount of armor. I feel like if they just removed the +10% heals and shields perk from a few or all of the items in the game it would be more balanced. This doesn't even add in the 20% boost from Mikael's Crucible
(I don't see it built often in lower elo). Rather than nerfing the hell out of Ardent Censer's unique aspect they should just nerf the heals and shield buffs in general. Keep in mind these buffs also affect Redemption's
active (triple value in fact) and Locket's
active. I think the changes to the masteries in the preseason will aid in this issue since it will remove Wind Speaker's but I believe the other items will still leave heals and shields slightly over tuned. If they want them to be slightly stronger than just buff them directly instead of adding stacking unique passives to 3 different typical support items and a support mastery.
