Diamond Ranked Decay Wont Reset

I played 2 ranked games a few days ago. One as a duo and another solo, yet the decay timer hasn't reset and today, it's telling me I have 5 days left before I decay. I'm confused. How do I reset the decay? Did they change requirements?
