so with all the weird changes i've seen

the proposal of them taking out tp (for some pro play reason or something i don't know), the nerf to summoner cdr on unsealed spellbook, and the upcoming removal of early game access to hp for tank supports. this has me thinking which one of these guys got caught by some cheese by a tank support starting and after firstblooding and first backing into ganking the top/mid lane?
