Does it feel like soloq is slapping you in the face?

Because ive gotten, I kid you not, a troll, in some form (afk, first timing a champion, walking under turret, etc) at least one in every game. Like I am truly at my wits end. And want to know if this is happening to others or if I'm just screwed
