Is it just me or does Ashe need ANOTHER rework?

Is there any counter-play to the idea of being slowed, while someone with mad distance is wailing on you with automatic critical hits? I like the skills, and the Q... But this passive where people with the frost debuff are automatically crit upon is kind of silly. You can't simply flash out the frost debuff is still there and let's not forgot her ulti to stop you dead in your tracks.

A 10% slow is enough to negate the effect of having max tier boots, somewhat. Ashe doesn't have 200%DMG critical hits like most champions do, she has to build critical chance to increase her critical chance damage.

Ashe is very slow, and doesn't have a single escape. She's a good DoT carry, but pales in the output comparison of Vayne, Jinx, or Tristana. Ashe's advantage over this is landing her arrow, but once's that's gone she's pretty much an easy farm.

So it's just you.
