Kalista needs a rework/change/something/IDK?

Only ADC that has infinite kiting potential and can stick to her target EASILY. Can save her support any day with her ult. HER ult knocks up targets. She can send movable wards to scout areas. Why? Can we make her in line with other ADCs?
