Does Sweeping Lens need an Improvement?

**Compared between the and the , there are great variations between the two. You can pick either of the two because both of them are viable options depending on your playstyle and preference. But compared between and , the Oracle Alteration seems the superior of the two. **

The only solution I can think of to make the Sweeping Lens more viable is that at a very late level, it places a down, but this ward has 5 flaws:

1. It only has 1 HP.
2. It has a smaller range of vision compared to the Sweeping Lens (Probably similar to the Blue Trinket).
3. It cannot be targeted by Allies.
4. The Ward doesn't appear from activating the Sweeping Lens until at a later Champion Level (Probably level 16 or higher).
5. (This is a maybe) The ward disappears as soon as the Sweeping Lens cooldown has refreshed.
