Have Fizzes abilities Mark targets hit (stacks three times).

When he uses an ability on a Target it gets and Amp of damage for each stack.

Give W two activates but its damage is the same for each activate and if a unit dies Fizz gets some mana restored and the CD set to 1s.

The Stack damage would be [20,30,40,50,60] + 30% AP

This would change some of how he is played but also allow for all kinds of combos

Example:

W Auto Flat+40% WQ for Flat+40%(W) + Flat + 30%(1 Stack) + Flat + 55% (Q) + Flat + 60%(2 stacks) = 175%

Compared to Live Auto Flat +40% (Bleed) Wait for bleed to prime WQ Flat + 120% + Flat + 55% = 175%

Now with the Stacks after Fizz does his WWQ he will be a lot more damage with E because it would add Flat +90% but he would not have an escape. Also when he uses his Ult it would add a stack from the start so he would get to the bonus 90% with his WWQ.

Maybe 30% per stack is too much because it affects all his abilities but numbers could be changed of course.

It would allow Him all kinds of ways to engage into a fight as the longer he is in the more damage he does.
