Possible problem with future restart option

So simply put I was just playing a ranked game where a top laner took smite last second stole all my early jg camps on blue side then died to mid and d/ced. I know trolls exist and i wrote a report on this person though that was probably one of the worst trolls I have experienced in years plus it got me demoted. sorry small vent. The problem I am talking about is the fact that if someone dies on your team during the restart time you cannot restart from what i understand. So i would ask that if this has not been thought about to make sure to include that the person who d/c deaths are not held against the team. This may not be possible to deal with but i wanted to bring it up.
