Can we please have clarity on what options do?

A pop-up tooltip would be nice to explain what things like "Use movement prediction" means in Gameplay options, or Per-Side offset under camera options. I have no idea what these mean, and I'm not going to change them around out of game and potentially have them totally screw up my controls in game.
