Ashe is unplayable.

1. Her Ranger's Focus is almost impossible to proc right now in a teamfight and much harder to proc in lane, making her essentially not have a Q most of the time. If you are allowed to auto 5 times in 4 seconds as an ADC, you have already won the fight. Why would I take the extremely high risk of playing Ashe if I knew I could auto 5 times in 4 seconds as an immobile ADC? I'd just play Jinx or Vayne.

2. Her E is a pure utility spell that is inferior to almost every support utility spell and indeed is beaten by blue trinket.

3. Her W is a good kiting spell but the base damage is terrible. Her slow has been destroyed.

There is no reason to play her anymore. She essentially only has 1 spell: her ult. Even her ult is terrible now; it is a skillshot single target stun on a huge CD. OK, so why not play AD Brand then? Literally every other one of her spells is either useless or does not help her core role as ADC.

In fact, if you wanted an ADC with utility, there is seriously no reason to play Ashe over AD Brand or AD Lulu, that's how bad she is right now. AD Lulu even has a better autoattack animation.
