Kai'Sa AP ratio nerf killed her identity.

The last nerf to plasma ap ratio was 20-40% to 10-20% ap ratio (exactly half...).

I'm not saying Kai'Sa shouldn't had been nerfed, but hitting her ap ratio has destroyed her identity as a hybrid/ap/ad/onhit marksman. The ability to adapt was her thematic and kit..

She now is just another ad/onhit marksman, which isn't unique, doesn't offer much to the botlane that others can't do, whereas at launch at least Kai'Sa was different.

I don't see the point of an AP ratio that she can barely utilize. She can no longer go mostly AP and benefit as much as mostly AD. -the options should be about equal otherwise her design doesn't make sense.
