Teemo hasn't been touched for 10 months now. The last patch he was included in was 4.3, and it was a god damn nerf. Teemo is a niche champion, we can all admit it. But nothing's happening to him regardless. 13 patches. Really Riot. He hasn't even gotten skin retextures. Does Teemo even exist in Riot's mind anymore?

They do not speak of He Who Must Not Be Named. Every time they pull up a To-Do List for champions to work on and Teemo pops up they have to call in a Priest player from WoW and purge his name from the list just so that his very name does not corrupt the entire company. Every time someone speaks of buffing Teemo at Riot, they are banished to the closet to think about what they have just said. The closet's floor is lava. Every time one of them tries to change Teemo, an unholy force possesses their hand and makes them type in buffs for Teemo, upon which they have to chop off their hand and destroy the computer that they were working.
We do not speak of such great evil when talking about anything remotely good.
(Also Teemo doesn't need changes, he is annoying, yes, but he is balanced)

I hope he isn't touched and just forgotten about, or nerfed into the fucking ground. He isn't overpowered, but he has so much low-counterplay bullshit that he is incredibly annoying to play against.
He needs a major buff. I say cut his Ult CD in half and make his Q do true dmg. Fixed.

That's 15-16 patches now, folks!
He still looks pretty good, even on the new Rift; he has a bunch of skins already—there are newer champs with fewer; and he's a niche champion who works pretty well in his niche. (I'm Bronze I, so feel free to write me off like you did that other guy. I have more than one game though, and actually a fair track record with him in top lane.) What needs to be changed, and why? What specifically needs a rework?
Yet another patch where Teemo is ignored.
I'd just like to point at that I consider the buff to Spectre's Cowl (150% hp regen up from 100%) a #nerf to Teemo. Spectre's Cowl is the #1 counter item you build if you are going up vs Teemo, and most of the time when your opponent builds it, you struggle to keep control of the lane, and usually lose from that point on. I'm going to note here that as of now, Competitively speaking, Teemo sits at 48-50% win chance (49.69% avg) and an average of 5.53% games played. I am posting this, because I guarantee these numbers will drop drastically with this change. If Teemo loses his ability to "dominate" top lane, he will become a completely worthless champion

Teemo needs a a buff to his on-hit ratio on his e, a mana buff for his q, and/or for his passive to apply even when recalling. The last one would be amazing and make the other two buffs I suggested unnecessary.
Teemo shrooms need a model update, asap. He needs a texture rebalance like a lot of champs have been getting lately.
As far as Nerf/Buff goes, Teemo is actually in a nice place right now. Everyone will say they hate Teemo, but he's really not OP at all. His poison will wreck you if you try to trade with him, but if he's building for damage then you can just kick him in the face and he's dead. He has low range for a ranged champion, and blind doesn't do jack. His blind is useless 90% of the time, and immensely OP 10% of the time, they need to redo that mechanic of his.
If he's nerfed, he'll become unusable, but if he's buffed he'll become the demon everyone thinks he already is. Basically they should just give him a texture rebalance and maybe fiddle with his Q mechanics (I'd like to see it become a single target skillshot fear or "hallucinate").
Oh, they still think about Teemo.
They think of how funny killing him would be in each Champion Preview, which is fine by me.
It is a shame. I used to love playing teemo, though when they changed the ward system, they nerfed him pretty hard due to his shrooms being so strong, and he's never really recovered since.
I'd really love it if he got some buffs, or possibly even a rework, since as is he isn't entirely healthy for the game.

I kid, I kid. He'll most likely be updated during the Yordle Unification Project (YUP) that started with Heimerdinger. Although Tristana might be first in line for a new model, and especially to cement what female yordles look like.
No worries, Satan Rat will be recognized in time. But other yordles will come first.

As a person who mains Teemo (hundreds of games), this much is true. I haven't minded he hasn't been touched for the last 13 patches as he was playable. Since season 4, and the removal of excutioner's calling I've not been able to play him. I don't play offensively. I play defensively. I love love love Teemo and I don't want him to have a buff. I don't want him to be the champion to play. I want him to be only a certain few people's cup of tea and that's it.
Visual upgrades might be nice. Happy elf Teemo maybe cute little snowmen for mushrooms instead of mushrooms.
LOL no offense..but there are champions that need attention FAR more than teemo, and that includes with skin retextures.

Just to name a few. Teemo is in a much more balanced state (again we are excluding Mundo from gameplay issues but more talking about texture and probably a complete visual overhaul at this point) than the above champs.
Teemo will be buff soon because of the new champs coming out. His kit is pretty low right now. One of the easiest champs to kill, and gank. Most don't pick him because hes easy gold. How ever some pick him and go tank, but it issue with that is no damage. Mushrooms worthless. So Yes don't worry. He will be buffed soon.
Why bother? As long as he can still annoy & dominate top lane, who gives a shiet about this guys here
