Energy-Based Runes (Runes Reforged)

So I was going through the shop just recently & I noticed the Runes for Energy-Based Champions such as . Ofcourse, these Runes sit right next to "Time Dead" runes as they aren't really used all that much (Might have troopers out there using them, who knows). Now if all the runes/masteries are being replaced with Runes Reforged, do you think there might be a chance an Energy/Resource Rune will be added into the new System? Or is there a rune that they went over that covers this & I've just being living under a rock this whole time.
