New Soraka

Out of every champion in the game who needed a nerf clearly Soraka was at the top of the list As the premier healer in the game it was important that she couldn't heal as well and that she couldn't buff her allies with her lack of survivability it was a given that it had to be reduced even more by taking away her ability to heal herself and punishing her health whenever she wanted to help an ally of course the reduced survivability opened up the door to making her a more actively offensive champion by forcing her to step out of position and hit an enemy with starfall in order for her to keep healnig and why would she need improved healing on injured champions when she could just get a speed buff to get to the champion 2 feet away
