On the topic of bans

Whether Riot adds more bans, adds one per team or two, I think the real problem is that first 2 picks don't get bans. As a first pick you're able to get the "op" champs, but you're much easier to counterpick. And maybe the "op" champs are bad for the comp. Let's say I'm first pick top. My mid is Vlad, Grags jungle, Ezreal adc, and Bard support. Why would I pick Swain into that? There's no AD. I'd rather pick Riven or Yasuo, both of which Swain is a pain to fight with. Can we move the bans to the first three players? I understand people hated being last pick in the old champ select, but the old champ select would be fine if we had assigned roles like we do now. Just my thoughts since I heard Riot might add more bans next season.
