How volibear can be made better

As only a silver 2 while some believe that he is fine where he is i don't as he basically has no initiation without flash q so here's where i would change him 1 make his ult a dmg version of maokai he calls upon a storm central around him which drains his mana as long as it is activate and while ult is going on he gains an ms increase per mana eaten so 0-20% 10-30% 20-40% ms increase and as soon as he cancels it a thunderclap goes out around him radius of ult silencing every enemy in it by 0-2 1-3 2-4 passive ult effects, as ult is going on his thunder roar stuns all enemies in the ult by 1 second and his bite makes his aa's do magic dmg this way he get into the enemy team quick though not like malphite where he straight charges but as one that rewards finding a spot where he can charge in unseen since if he get's 2 people in his ult he can quickly roar for stun then deactivate for silence and also prevent him for being unstoppable if seen charging since he needs some mana for a full ult effect i would say a proper reactivation time would be 30 secs and if that doesn't help enough could easily make q while ult is active basically a dash about the range of lucians
