Rapid Firecannon is a bad item

This item is made with the same components as the and has the same stats aswell and it is downright worse at the same price. No one will build it for the same reasons as the Ohmwrecker, because you care more for killing a champion before you siege as a viable option.

i mean come on..... you made to critically strike, do 50% more damage to minions and damages up to 5 targets.. ... and this just deals 50 more damage and a little range for one atk??? JUST REMOVE THIS.... DONT REWORK IT, DONT BALANCE IT, JUST DELETE IT !!!
