in order to alliviate some of the problem of "elo hell" riot should eliminate placements altogether. and automatically place EVERYONE in silver 1. people who placed plat or higher the previous season would be put in gold 1. but make it so in order to recieve a border you would need to WIN at least 10 games

what this would do would allow people to have a more accurate mmr earlier make it so the people in bronze actually deserve to be there make it harder to climb. but also harder to fall
