Vayne's Powercurve Anaylsis - How to win or lose to Vayne.

I'm not saying she's well designed, but her powercurve is somewhat balanced. She's not as bad as other champions, but low elo players, especially bronze, make her seem strong because they lack the macro play to close out games and allow her to hit her massive powerspike.

You massively out waveclear and poke her; usually you should win all trades assuming you know to perform Trade And Push and Trading Stance. After getting lane control set up for a turret dive gank or simply deny farm. Take objectives and you should win free 30 if you're smart enough. Now assuming you can't do that you can usually zone her from a fight due to her shortrange and you can also use a red trinket+ to track her dashes. As long as you don't waste cooldowns too much on the opponent's not named Vayne or keep one up specifically for you, you can usually win as long as you didn't feed / lose lane horrifically (assuming you are bot lane).

Now late game, she's supposed to be a big, yuge hypercarry that you should fear. At this point you should theoretically lose because you let Vayne get fed. Obviously ever champion has a degree of counterplay outside of "not fucking up", but late game hypercarries lack some of this late game. The most you can do is zone her, punish her for dashing forward, kite her/stay out of range, and micromanage positioning to stop her from condemning you into a wall.

If I had to change Vayne, I'd simply: remove her Q's ability to crit, up her W by 1% at all ranks, lower her ultimate invis to 0.5 (or 0.75, would require testing) seconds, and make her Q grant her 30/40/50/60/70% attack speed on her tumble empowered auto (still has 30->50 AD ratio, but crit doesn't exist anymore). She'd still have some burst on her Q, but she'd be focused more to shred tanks and being a bit more slippery with her Q but not invisible. Obviously this could be a huge buff to her early game, but her lacking the ability to crit her Q's damage would make her less bursty and attack speed would mean more of that tank killing idea and less of the R Q AA AA, you die.

If you're looking to play an easy AD carry or simply want an easy pick to beat Vayne with, Ashe is basically the best champion to learn. Simply abuse high attack range to auto attack the opponent when they try to kill a creep and/or use your W to poke at the opponent while also pushing the wave.
