Creat a new ranking system depending on tiers

they need a new ranking system depending on tiers i play 3v3 with a full silver tier team we won 4of 5 games we faced against silvers every game. the last game we are placed with diamond 1 players we try our best to play and fight back but we lost. then we find out that we got placed in bronze 2 -.- WTF i would like to make the suggestion if we keep fighting silver players and we where winning, why wouldn't we at least fight against gold player no you place us against diamond 1 players, fighting them and holding the game for 30 mins should at least place us in SILVER OR AT LEAST GOLD[DIAMOND 1] and i was also told if we would had won against them we would had been placed in silver? what kind of matchmaking you guys got. if we had to face diamonds then why not face against bronze? [ note that this was like we felt when we faced them at the first 10 mins] they were diamond facing a silver team. we never faced a bronze team so why do they face us?
