Swain is good enough for solo rank, but he has not been on lcs for very long time. I think he needs to sweep minions faster. To do so, I recommend his w and r to do more damage on minions (or at least w only), even if it needs nerf on other aspect of him.
Or just smooth out his auto attack. CSing with people like Swain/Anivia/Malzahar is just really painful compared to ADCs, just because of the janky animations and weird damage :(
Vayne needs a complete rework. His ult shouldnt be a toggle, it needs to have impact. Right now it's try and damage swain at level 6, try. TRY.
you need ignite to lane against him. and even then its like he has a mundo ult.
Swains biggest weakness is himself.I struggle to CS, and Swain makes it even more painful. Doesn't help when it's one of "those" matchups where the enemy can punish you for even daring to cs a single minion.
But I think he is solid and competent regardless. The lack of tuning to Swain, to me, indicates that he was a well made champion to survive this far, much like Vel'Koz
