If theres one thing i noticed right away this patch is that Vayne is in every game.

Out of all the champions in the game i feel like this one was always the most obnoxious thing to deal with. Before this patch i barely saw her NOW all of sudden shes making appearances more and more often which indicates to me shes quite OP this patch with a certain rune setup .. not only that i saw her mid lane which means some jerk off streamer figured something out the community hasn't yet but yet people are copying anyways, the usual meta sheep bs you see anyhow i hope your balance team takes notice of this "thing" becoming popular outta nowhere.

I mean whats her identity anyways? kill everything in sight? the machine that can catch and out trade most people? i would cut back her true dmg just a bit this patch honestly.
