regarding those lissandra changes everyone asked for...

So a little while ago there were multiple posts talking about how lissandra needed buffs (for those of you who dont know, liss has never been "good" in the pro scene and since new runes hit shes basically been dumpstered for everyone else as well). Recently new stuff has been added to the pbe going out as far as mid february counting valentines skins but still no changes for liss.

I'm just posting in the hope shes not passed over again like she has been since (almost)forever, she hasnt had a meaningful buff since the middle of season 5 and it's already almost season 8, that's literally 2.5 years that shes languished. With that said please dont rework ruin her, just give her a bit better burst and maybe some more survivability.
