There's actually been an increase in the number of Lucians/MFs so it's not Vayne every other game anymore. It's more like 1 in 3.
Also, don't forget Thresh! Even with the great new support mastery/TLD, buff to 
line, and Brand being ridiculous, you still see Thresh in 1/3 of your games.
The preseason did change something.
Now you see them every game and they're stronger!

i dont see vayne often. but thats just normal mode. most of them are bad. but a good vayne is gg.

I don't see alot of vaynes, but I damn sure i'm seeing too much Lees and Zeds...
replace zed with thresh and yasuo.
i was hoping preseason will change as well, but for some reason balance team decided to buff those 3 champions because why not
