New recommended items idea (recommended stats)

Instead of recommended items, can we have recommended stats for each champion? For ADCs, have an AD section, attack speed/crit section, and a lifesteal section. Maybe add a situational tab too, including things like Last Whisper and Guardian Angel.

For AD assassins, add a tab for lethality, AD, and defensive (things like Maw or Edge of Night).

For enchanter supports, have a tab for mana regeneration, AP, and CDR.

This would allow experienced players to have some flexibility in their builds while still having a decent preset items for new players. It also requires little maintenance on Riot's part.
