How to counter Ashe?
enjoying ADC but hating going against that highest win rate ADC because she is amazing, do any of you have counter tips for me? i mainly play jinx for ADC

Extremely immobile. Take advantage of that.
Play someone other than one of the main adcs she counters, that's about all I got for you if you don't understand her weaknesses and how to beat her with them.
She has to land four autos before her damage comes in, burst her down before that. 
might work well against her by collapsing as a team and spellshielding her ult.

the thing about ashe and what makes her strong is a few things:
she scales with crit which means late game her damage is easily amplified and can become a hyper carry. she has aoe slow, a global ult to pick off/engage or disengage for safety due to the oppressor mastery any champ that is slowed by ashe her damage is amplified by 2.5% then you take fervor of battle which she can stack in no time with her q gives her more damage which is then amplified by oppressor and meaning she can crit more due to the auto attack boost. so it all together stacks. you add in double edge sword another 3% damage then you take merciless which will increase her damage by 5% if your 40% or lower on hp
then you have the insane utility of her kit. if even ashe is behind in game a well timed ult can win a team fight by picking off a target no other adc has this type of cc in their kit. she is a queen of kiting as well with the slows in her kit. combination of all this is what makes her strong. but where other adcs who are behind have little to no effect in game ashe is always useful
If you can pick her off and/or out-DPS/outduel her, you should be good to go anytime.
Early bully champs are recommended as they will have more relevance than Ashe does in lane.
