Jungle Item Idea

So i really like the idea of what the item split was trying to achieve, The idea of asking the question do you want to rely on your abilities or autos? But the thing is Machete rely helps you clear, and Talisman seems more passive, So how about ratcheting up talisman to rely shine with ability based champs. How about with talisman it has an on ability hit proc with mana/health, could be if an ability kills a monster returns 150% of mana spent on ability, or something similar
