Preseason looks amazing

Remember when Yi Taric was busted OP, so instead of changing or nerfing either of those champions, they just nerfed EVERY SINGLE JUNGLER? Well, a few people learned how to last hit for once, so instead of nerfing Sion and his tankiness, they just nerf everyone and make last hitting part of bounty? Why would I ever kill a support now if I know im getting shafted on gold? Why do you get punished for being a good player and last hitting well?
