Adding Bot Replacement for AFK

We've all been there... a player (or players) has gone AFK for whatever reason. Maybe it was their computer, internet, act of God, who knows. With all the complexities that exist within the LoL game, it would seem feasible to give the remaining team members an option to invoke a Bot replacement team member at a median level of the team as that particular character they were playing.

I'm not saying that the Bot replacement would win the game by just being there, but a Bot being another member of the team could possibly sway the inevitable outcome of the game under various circumstances.

Think of it like calling a /surrender, but possible /bot_afk -- and the remaining team votes on whether or not to bring in a Bot replacement at average stats, leveling, gold, etc..

It may be a lost cause to ask for such a feature, but I'd figure I'd throw it out there (assuming it doesn't exist -- I've only been playing for 6 weeks). Maybe the community isn't interested in such a thing? Just curious.
