Divison 5 Demotion System.

I feel like the current League Of Legends Demotion System for Division 5 is completely messed up. Currently, the possible ways to get demoted in Division 5 are;

-If you constantly lose around 10-20+ games. or -If you don't play and decay long enough.

Anyways, my points is, people who are in Division 5, in Gold, Platinum, and Diamonds are just chilling and not even trying because they are safe to earn their Season Rewards. When Platinum 1's are paired up with Diamond 5's, they are in a situation where the Diamond 5 has no motivation for trying, or to even play their Main Roles / Champs in that matter, because they know that they are in no situation of losing anything, but to only gain, since being demoted is extremely hard in Division 5. But the League of Legends Match Making probably thought the teams would be equal, since Diamond 5's MMR is obviously superior. So, if the Team Layout, or matchmaking was to be:

Diamond 5 --- Platinum 1 Diamond 5 --- Platinum 1 Platinum 2 vs Platinum 1 Platinum 2 --- Platinum 2 Platinum 1 --- Platinum 1

The two diamond plays would have nothing to lose, but only to gain, so they wouldn't be as trying as hard.

I know this fact does not go out for all the Division 5 players in the world, however it does go to the majority.

So, I think the demotion system for Division 5's should be changed to a point where being demoted is as easy as being demoted from any other Division.
