Everyone shifts to mid during this phase and they take all the CS, and if I shift to some other lane, I might not be there for my team when they need me (for example, if players are grouping at mid). What should I do?
You could take TP if you find yourself splitpushing a lot. If you do not have a champion that benefits from ignite's recent boost and can snowball early and easily to just farm champions. Counterjungling when your team has some control of an area is also something I don't see people do enough. Lot of people just leave the camps for the enemy team to take as they reset. Mid should have good clear to take the camps fast. Another option is tne Domination Rune that gives out of combat movement speed and/or the one that boosts River speed and ad/ap from Sorcery. So making map rotations or grabbing a quick wave/camp take less uptime away.
